Double shaft shredder is used for crush plastic, rubber, fiber, paper, woods, large hollow products(plastic bucket etc), and all kinds of waste products, especially the metal, or other waste products. Like roll film, woven bag, tv, refrigerator shell, wood, car and tires, hollow barrels, fishing net, cardboard, circuit board, etc.

Our machine blades is flexible to choice blades thickness and claw quantity according to different crush objects. There are option parts:

1. The device to depress the hollow objects into gears.
2. Rotation sieve mesh to control the output objects size.

1. Shredder main body: The machine adopts high quality steel, welding stress relief treatment and whole unit machining to be sure the machine performance stable during the running long time

Rotation blade/Fixed blade: Rotation blade material adopts a special alloy steel to forge it as raw material, precision machining, multi heat treatment process and low temperature frozen heat treatment technology to make best cutting performance and long usage life. Fixed blade adopts hook style installation (Patent). Easy for change different blade and easy for maintenance blade.

Bearing and seal: The bearing seat adopts easy assemble and easy disassemble style which is easy for disassemble rotation blade,fixed blade and bearing parts, easy for maintenance and change blade, the special seal structure is effectively stop the crushed objects into grease and protect bearing and gears during crush liquid objects.
